Photo trickery

My former headshot client Dave Hsin, who I photographed in NYC several years ago when I was just starting out, has made the move to Los Angeles.

He came to me today needing updated headshots. One of the shots his agents suggested he get was a army-type shot in camouflage gear or an army jacket or something because those kinds of roles are really popular right now.

So we shot an army look.



It wasn't so simple though.

See, the problem was that Dave didn't bring an army jacket or camo-gear.

So...we improvised...with a pair of shorts!
