Final Day in Cancun

OK I'm taking you back to Cancun because it is freezing right now in NYC and I am wearing my ski jacket in my bedroom. Warm thoughts warm thoughts.

Pina Colada?

Cancun = heaven

It's kind of amazing how much mileage I've gotten out of this taco costume...

Oceanside photoshoot!

I had this vision of beautiful Noopur perched on a rock like the little mermaid...

Birthday girl does not take a bad picture.

At times when we were taking group photos, this whole event kind of looked like Noopur and Zameer's wedding. Yay these shots will be so useful on www.denniskwanweddings.com!

More pina coladas?!?

And mojitos!

And finally we took some sunset portraits on our last evening.

Thank you again to Noopur and Zameer for inviting me along. What an incredible trip.

And happiest happy 30th birthday Noops!

Night Out in Cancun!

So the theme of this night was Trashy Cancun. Everyone got out their party dresses.

My direction for this photo was "Spice Girls!"

We started with a fancy dinner at this delicious Mexican restaurant...I forget the name.

I had this chopped beef tip thing that was just heavenly...

Z had some chicken in a banana leaf...

And after dinner we were in a huge food coma and couldn't even fathom going out further. But then we were served these "Vodka shots" that were SO horrendous that they literally jolted everyone awake.

So off we went to Señor Frog's.

Trashy as all hell.

And complete with jello shots.

The clientele was mostly obese.

We just played amongst ourselves.

Around midnight we headed to the center of everything...Coco Bongo and it's surrounding clubs.

Downtown Cancun is like Vegas on the beach.

We ended up at Dos Equis, the bar.

Z got us hooked up with all-you-can-drink bracelets for $20.

I befriended some Cholas...

And the booze flowed freely.

Our girls commandeered a dancing platform overlooking the club.

It was pretty epic.

Then randomly we started a conga line on the roof.

So much fun!

Um....

Oh yeah. There were confetti cannons that intermittently went off.

They were INSANE.

Fun fun fun fun fun. Loves Cancun!
