The Glory of Chinktown

Oh I'm sorry...is that not P.C.?

Well don't think it's ok for you to say it unless you're sporting a sweet set of slanty eyes, hairless legs, and small boobs.

I'm allowed to say it.

Just like I'm allowed to say the F-word.

And the N-word. (On certain days.)

..............

If you've never been to Chinatown NYC, you should go. Because it is the best.

Not only can you get $7 haircuts with a $2 head massage...

You can go to Tasty Dumpling and spend $1 for 5 incredible dumplings.

Seriously. They are so good they will send you into a fugue state like Megoon here...

Also for a little more you can get a pork-chive pancake, which really is just a giant head-sized dumpling.

.................

Regular chinese meals are pretty cheap too.

Yum.

Dumpling Fun

In celebration of Kevin and his moving to China, we thought it would be appropriate to bring him to Dumpling Dim Sum way out in Arcadia.

As the Din Tai Fung Dumpling house is quite possibly one of the best restaurants in the world, the wait was over an hour.

We played charades in the parking lot to pass the time.

The dumplings were deeeelicious.

And we were joined by Laffite and Jo Suh.

DUMPLINGS!!!!!
