Obviously I'm amazed by my iPhone. Loooooove my iPhone.
Ten years ago who would have thought such an incredible device would have been possible?
The other day in Central Park I saw a little old man tapping away at his iPhone. Amazing.
And then, last night I was watching Quantum of Solace, and you know what else I'm amazed by?
Airplane landing gear.
I mean seriously. They are tires attached to a metal contraption that somehow manages to withstand a million pounds of a plane and people and luggage with breaking apart into a million little pieces.
How is it possible?!?!?!
Imagine if airplane tires were made out of curled-up peasants clinging to bamboo reeds...
Um...yeah. That would be a mess.
