Nicole's Target Commercial!

I was just watching Glee when one of my favorite clients Nicole popped up on a Target commercial.



Around the time Nicole came to me I think she was in kind of a career slump. But I knew the first time I met her that she had this warmth and this energy that was really special and that she would do well, especially in commercials.

Nothing makes me happier than to think that my work is helping people achieve their dreams and make money! LOTS of money hopefully.

My job is the best. Although being in national TV commercials, pretty cool too.

Jon & Jen's Wedding: Coming Soon

I'm back in NYC for a bit.

Was at my cousin Jon & Jen's Wedding this weekend in Connecticut working as their official photographer.

Saw lots of family and extended I haven't seen in a long time.

For instance, I haven't seen Nick & Don in like twenty years...



Bride and Groom looked pretty. And were MUCH more chilled out than I expected.



It was a small but fierce wedding party.

Jen's dress was really pretty. Hair too. Everything!







In case you're wondering, the direction I gave them for the above picture is: "Your first baby just died but you're getting over it. Resilience!" No joke.



More pics and description to come, including a full recounting of how Cousin Jeff spilled wine all over his shirt, danced around half-naked and then threw up in public.

But now I have to go focus on this powerpoint I'm putting together for the Headshot Seminar / Infomercial I'm hosting tomorrow. Eeek!

New Balance audition

I'm about to walk into an audition for New Balance.

They called me directly yesterday because apparently the casting director remember me from some coffee commercial I auditioned for months ago, so hopefully that gives me a leg up on the competition...

They're looking for runner giants. I'm going to try my best to not be gimpy!

Another Celebrity Auction!

Remember the celebrity auction I photographed a few months ago? The auctioneer guy liked me and is having me shoot his auction tonight. Last I talked to him, he said he had put out an ask for Scarlett Johansson to host. That may or may not happen. I hope it happens. We loves ScarJo.

The auction is going to be at Gotham Hall, same place where we saw Ne-Yo and Leona Lewis perform during that random Cognac party.

At JFK, again.

So this last week has been nuts. Supernuts.

I came in from LA last Tuesday night.

Wednesday I had a shoot in NYC

Thursday I flew down to New Orleans

Friday was Katie and Semmes reception and the world premiere of their wedding video

Saturday I flew back to NYC and drove to Philly for Steph and Hua's rehearsal dinner.

Sunday was Steph and Hua's wedding. (Beautiful beautiful wedding.)

Monday I drove back to NYC for a couple of shoots.

And now we had back to LA again.

All in a weeks work.

Today was super special though.

Normally I take the subway to the airtrain to the airport.

Sometimes when I'm feeling rich and lazy I treat myself to car service.

But what's even better than car service?

Having your new copfriend Craig drive you in his cruiser through rush hour traffic with the sirens on. Totally epic.





Craig is not nearly as badass as he looks.

New Orleans!

So I was on a secret mission and flew down to new Orleans to surprise k and s for their nola reception tomorrow. 7am flight Saturday back to ny and them driving straight to Philly for Steph and huas rehearsal.

I know, I'm nuts. But these two are worth it! And I love a good party!
