They block off Santa Monica Blvd. and hundreds of thousands of gays from near and far pack the streets to watch the parade.

We instead opted for hangover brunch at Tango Grill.

Gnocchi and meatballs. Delicious.

There were a couple rando gay-lebrity sightings...
Wilson Cruz from My So Called Life...

And Peter Paige (Emmett) from Queer As Folk.
(Who Danny, incidentally, bought his Volvo from.)

After lunch we went in search of festivities.

Ending up at our new neighbor DannyRoman's new pad.

He fixed us a few drinks and exhausted his alcohol supply.

So we continued onward, having steadily built an ever-growing entourage over the course of a few hours.

We ended up at home.

Kate joined us.
And DannyR. brought his blond friend Tony...
...and his "blind" friend Harrison.

Harrison was dressed like a blind person...
...and looked like a blind person...
But...well...he could somehow look directly into a camera, had the ability to navigate around corners without the use of his hands or poking device, and also kept trying to read Danny's text messages until Danny had to remind him, "Dude. You can't read."
Weiiiiird.

After exhausting yet another supply of alcohol, we headed out to the bars...

...ending up again at FELIX. Our new favorite neighborhood hangout.
Fubar Jay hooked us up with drinks.

And as we sat, observing from the little outdoor patio, we encountered all types of gays.
Weird, pigeon-chasing, tranny gays...

And beautiful muscled hottie gays.

All very fun.
Finally...we descended upon the Abbey.

And danced until the wee hours.

And by "wee hours" I mean 9pm when I passed out snoring with a turkey burger on my chest.
