GUILTY

I went to court today to contest the ticket I got for making a U-Turn in the middle of Beverly Hills.

Normally if the officer who issued your ticket doesn't show up in court (because hello maybe he has actual crimes to prevent...?) then your ticket gets dismissed and you don't have to pay your fine.

Of course I got my ticket in Beverly Hills.

And of course my police officer showed up.

DAMN YOU BEVERLY HILLS AND YOUR ONE-HOMICIDE-EVERY-FIVE-YEARS CRIME RATE.
