So we headed to the Sangeet all fierce and Sasian-looking.
It was pretty awesome.
Got to the venue and immediately commenced drinking.
Mingled with aunties...
Cousins...

And Felly's best friends from home...
Finalized preparations...
Compared tattoos...
And there was a delicious buffet.
Once everyone sat down to eat, speeches began.
Felix gave a fantastic little speech.
Everyone was so proud.
And there was at least one smitten kitten in the audience.
Tita-Beth (Yvonne and Kathy's mom) sang a song in Tagalog.
Various Aunties performed a bunch of group dances.
Vitri's cousin-in-law performed a beautiful solo dance, intermittently interrupted by her hilarious toddler-daughter Jasmine.
And some crazy uncles did some dances as well.
Cousin Varun and others did a funny skit where they made fun of Jordan having formerly looked like a member of N'Sync...
Sidenote: Connie looked so pretty!
Everyone danced and danced and danced.
Finally all the cousins and brothers and sisters came on for the final choreographed dance.
Having only rehearsed for like a day, they were incredibly in-sync.
At the end of their dance, the music continued and each person involved went and grabbed one or two people from the audience, creating an awesome seamless transition into the all-night dance party.
It was such a blast.
I love all the Bhandari cousins!
It wasn't until late night when we all got home that Vitri realized Connie was wearing the EXACT same colors as her.
She was NOT pleased.
JK.
Love love love.
Fantastic night.
Three more costume changes to go!
