The Ivy is famous for it's fried chicken and celebrity sightings. So it was a no-brainer.

The iced tea was pricelessly amazing though.
We only managed to get a table inside, so during lunch we weren't able to scope out the scene for celebs.
But as we walked out, Farnsworth Bentley, famous for once holding P.Diddy's umbrella, was walking in with an entourage.
It was kind of an obscure, disappointing sighting.
But then, as we grabbed our car and pulled back around the block, the paparazzi started swarming and flashbulbs started going off like crazy.
When the object of all the attention turned for a split-second and looked right at us, my heart filled with glee.
It was Simon Cowell.
