At the presentation of senior class awards (Class Clown, Most Likely to Succeed, etc.), a gay teen publicly announces during his acceptance speech for "Class Actor" award that he is an LGBT teen and is tired of acting as someone he's not on a daily basis. His classmates clearly approve.
The fact that this kid's father posted made this video and proudly posted it to YouTube, (along with the cheers and standing ovation the kid received) really shows how far we've come in the past decade or so.
There is no way I could have made a speech like this in high school and gotten the same response.
Congratulations Jacob!
And thank you President Obama, for the LGBT comments in your inaugural speech the other day, making clear your intentions to bring marriage equality to the forefront of the national agenda.

IT IS SO COLD
I got back from LA late last night to sub-zero temperatures.
Had a photo shoot this morning, we froze our butts off, so following the shoot I immediately moved the rest of my shoots for this week to next week (it's supposed to be "warmer") so that I could take rest of the week off to hibernate in my sweats/Godzilla pajamas for the next few days.
Gosh I love my job.
Will be blogging lots starting tomorrow!

Delta <3
I love love love love love love Delta.
I was supposed to be on a 3pm flight but got on the standby list for a noon one even though the noon one was totally full. The Delta gate agent saw my status on my ticket and then very clearly went above and beyond to not only make sure I got on the flight but then did some secret agent computer manuever, rebooking my ticket and reordering some lists and other super secret stuff and got me cleared for an upgrade before anyone else.
I will never ever ever ever give up Delta Diamond status. It is the best thing in the world.
Ok. Minosa time! Off to a secret exotic locale I'll tell you about later!

EGGUGLY
Depending on how you view this blog...it may or may not look UGLY.
It is not my fault. Blogger has screwed me over. I've tried to adapt to all their format changes but across different viewing platforms, The Fury of the Egg, looks different, and, well, BAD.
The optimal and only way to view this blog with pictures correctly is by going to eggfury.blogspot.com
If you try to read it on Google Reader or RSS Feed or whatever, the formatting will be all messed up.
If you try to read on iPad or iPhone or other mobile device, the formatting is also messed up.
If this is what it looks like on your iPhone, you have to scroll allllll the way to the bottom and click "view web version" to get the correct formatting.
I HATE BLOGGER!!!!!!
Thank you loyal reader AC for pointing all this out to me.

RI!
On our way back from Boston, we popped into Providence for a quick lunch with Dan and Emily and Henry!!!!!
Henry is super chatty now. And he has a brand new coloring book!
I also did a quick photo shoot for the Resminis. If you live in RI, you know the Resminis because their faces are everywhere. Bus stops, billboards, and on the back of every single phone book in every single home.
I had been reconnected with Jay back when he was on The Bachelorette...
And I constantly harass him about how horrendous their "professional" photos are from year to year.
Finally I was able to convince him to get some DK Headshots.
SO much better if I do say so myself.
And now my photo is going to be on the back of every phonebook in RI!
(Do people still even use phonebooks? I think in RI they do!)

Boston!
I had to go to Boston to shoot a wedding last weekend, so Jesse joined me. (He had been working out of his NYC office all week.)
We arrived and played with our favorite Danald!
And my friend Lee turned us onto Fish Bowls. Deadly.
Lee looooves a fish bowl!
They make little Danald a little bit drunkie!
Danald is so small!
Jesse loooooves Asians!
After her second fishbowl it was clearly time to walk Dan home...
THAT was an adventure...
LOVES Boston!
The next day I had Toni & Tad's wedding and it was beautiful!

Teresa & Mark's Wedding Video
You may recall Teresa & Mark's Phuket Wedding from a few months ago...
Well their wedding video is now online. And it is INCREDIBLE. I've seriously watched it like 15 times already.
It makes their already epic wedding look out-of-this-world insane. Make sure you watch it fullscreen!
Wedding : Teresa + Mark from D-IMAGEPLUS : E-MOTIONS on Vimeo.
So honored I got to be a part of it.
Congratulations forever TL and Mark!

All great adventures must come to an end.

Last Days in TeeeeLand!
Our last few days in Thailand were a total eatparty marathon.
On the first day we went to a brand new Thai place with a slightly racist name...
(It's pronounced exactly how it looks.)
There were delicious pork-stuffed crabheads...
Pork curries...
All the while business-lady Tee prepped for her after-lunch business meeting concerning the opening of a Little Beast 2.
They are blowing up!!!
Never will we be too successful to bust out Asianposes though!
We did some shoppings...
Ate ANOTHER meal of krabs...
Thai meatballs...
Krab-fried rice...
And THE MOST delicious Thai dessert EVER.
Coconut ice with DELICIOUS TOPPINGS...
You get a plain scoop of DELICIOUS coconut ice...
And then you take some of these weird-looking but DELICIOUS toppings and make it even more delicious.
The green wormy stuff was the BEST.
.....................
After that we went over to LEBUA State Tower, where the boys were staying, to pick them up for dinner at LITTLE BEAST!!!
LOVES a BEASTFEAST!!!
If you want a detailed description of dishes, visit the original BEASTFEAST.
Chef Nannie even made a SPECIAL version of her specialty Pork Cheek Penne just for me and added LAMB MEATBALLS.
HEAVEN.
This banana pudding dessert was also orgasmic.
We happened to be dining next to some Giants.
Giants make Nannie look so small!
From LittleBeast, we went down the street to Tee's house to pregame in her semi-newly-built bar.
And then we ended up at Route 66, an awesome indoor/outdoor club that plays the same music inside as it blasts outside and people dance around and there's an ongoing laserlight show and it is just THE BEST.
Afterwards we may or may not have stopped at a Friedchicken Streetcart.
Kiiiind of a mess...
....................
Finally the morning after before heading to the airport we had delicious thaibrunch at the Four Seasons.
Thai Iced Tea!
Vertical bread!
Pad Thais and Fried Rice!
Thailand is the best!!! Thank you TEEEE for taking such good care of us!!!!
