L.A. Models Party - WOOF!!!! WOOF!!!!

Edit: Oops. The picture for Matt's text was broken. Fixed it. Thanks MAO!

So I made it home to L.A., and Matt invited to me and Jesse to a party hosted by his agency, L.A. Models, on the rooftop of the semi-newish five-story club Kress.

Normally I hate Hollywood bars...with the lines...and the posing...and the waiting...and the expensive drinking...

BUT ME LOVES ME A MODEL PARTY!!!!!!

and ME LOVES ME A RED CARPET!!!!

Especially one with open bar...

And open sushi!

(Models don't eat foods...so we went a little nutso...)

Best. Party. Ever.

We met a bunch of Matt's pretty co-workers, and Jesse and I spent most of the party barking at everyone we thought was hot.

WOOF!!!!

Colton....ARUUUFFFF!!!!

OWWOOOOOOOFFFF!!!!!!!

The party was fierce.

And Matt's boss Richard (total A-gay) swung by as well with his bf Adam.

Around 11pm we decided to bounce to a birthday party some hot twin friends of Matt's were having at Social.

The scene was the same as I remembered. Long-lines and slight annoyingness.

But Matt's friends had rented the whole upstairs.

Yay!

I ran into my little friend Dorian.

He was one of my first buddies in L.A. (he used be a go-go dancer for Micky's).

There was karaoke going on and one of the hot twins was singing. Yum.

Matt was pretty trashed.

I'm not sure we should have left him to go say hi to Fubar Jay.

But we did...

And this is the text I got from him. Eeek.

Photobucket

Good news though. I talked to him and he's alive!

Thanks Matty for amazing model-party fun!

Brown to NYC

As usual, the morning after was filled with hungover silliness.

Kathryn took off her clothes...

And we said our semi-sad goodbyes.

Popped into my dad's new house in Barrington for a chicken parmesan sandwich...

And then we drove through a hailstorm on the way back to the city...

(The specks you see on the windshield are chips from the ice.)

The hails were golfball sized. Crazy!

And a little bit terrifying.

After about 20 minutes though it cleared up.

And we had smooth driving all the way back to the city.

Once back in New York, we experienced the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen .

A perfect end to a perfect weekend.

IMPROMPTU BBQ EATFEST!!!!

Salted meats...

Giant beefs...

Wine...

Sausages...

Salmons...

And a birthday Felix!!!!

This summer will be so amazing.

Mmmmm....Sausages and the City.
