Stitches out, foot still gross.

Went for a follow-up appointment today to a doctor here in Rhode Island.

Got my stitches taken out. Most unpleasant feeling ever.

Yank. Cut. Pull.

Repeat 40 or so times.

I hate blood. Little droplets of blood everywhere from each of the puncture wounds. Gross.

Also I finally saw an X-Ray of my foot.



That long thing you see there is the plate lining my fibia...as you can see I did a number on it.

The little spikes are the screws. Those two long ones that are connecting my tibia and fibia might have to be removed in three months or so. Not looking forward to that.

I start physical therapy whenever I feel up to it. Probably this weekend or next week I think.

I have a follow-up appointment with the doctor Dec 23rd.

So it doesn't look like I'll be back in California until then...or after New Years...
