Diana's Going Away Party!

Since Diana moves to Arizona next week to begin true marriedlife, we decided to throw her a little going away party and take her out gay dancing one last time.

Whenever Jesse and I plan parties together, there HAS to be a theme. A theme makes everything more FUN!

And DUHHHHH...it's Christmas!!!

We started our night with a meal of nuggets and other snacks.

Diana found herself a cute little mini cat hat to wear...

After dinner, we were joined by a SUPER GAY Reindeer!

We LOVES being festive!!!

And we just LOVES Lady Di!!!!

Danny arrived and brought with him some FANCY champagne, we're talking Veuve, but the FANCY Veuve.

We danced around squealing, giggling, and singing songs at the top of our lungs from Beauty and the Beast and other assorted Pop and Christmas classics like "All I Want For Xmas" by Mariah...OBVIOUSLY.

We were hellbent on annoying the s*it out of Diana's awful downstairs neighbor, since there was very little she could do now that Diana was moving out anyway!

Then we went to the club and danced our little heinies off...

This is the site I woke up to next morning...LOL.

LA will miss Diana! But I'm sure it's not the last we'll see of her.

She will always have her Guardian Gays!

Rachael and Rob move to NYC

The Occasion: Rob & Rach's Going Away Party

The Location: Del's Saloon

Previous Events Held At Said Venue:

Doug's Birthday

Rach & Rob's Engagement Party
And of course, my Super Wastedface 26th Birthday

So following the MJ Premiere, we booked it across town to Del's to celebrate Rach's triumphant return (with spankin' new hottie husband Rob) to the East Coast.

(P.S. I just noticed the above picture has an arrow that says "Cock" and that is kind of awesome.)

Can't believe it's been four years since Rachie and Brianne rolled into our Brockton living room fresh out of college.

Many came to wish them well.

We ran into Adam Sandler's best friend Peter Dante. (You'd probably recognize him from movies like Grandma's Boy or Big Daddy.)

And Silly Annie continued channeling MJ all night.

Even as we got wastedface.

Goodbye Rach and Rob! See y'alls on the East Coast.

Chrispy's Going Away Party

Chris is joining me in NYC and will begin B-school at Columbia in the fall.

Over the weekend Bob hosted a mini Going-Away Pizza / Sausage Party for him.

It was all dudes. Lots of dudes.

Me likey. But me sleepy.

We finished a lot of beer and called it a night.

Chrispy left on his road-trip today.

I am v. excited to have him here in the city.

Drive safely!

Amazingly Epic Going Away Party

Tuesday | June 9, 2009

Right before Danny and I left on our Kross Kuntry Adventure, we had a little Bon Voyage celebration at Fubar.

Smileyjohn brought cakes and took amazing pictures with his SLR...

And it was Ralph Lauren / NYC Prep themed, so people dressed accordingly.

Those that didn't got supernotsmileyfaced.

But overall, people looked awesome.

And there were some great surprise appearances by people like my childhood friend Jay-R who I haven't seen in almost a decade...

Fubar Jay gave us happy hour all night long.

And it really WAS happy! Smileyfaces were everywhere!

Smileyfaces...and fiercefaces...

But mostly smileyfaces...

Even TL, who made it out after her drunken-falling-down-stairs-incident, was glowing and happy (but a little camera-shy due to her Frankenstein forehead).

Also there was KARAOKE.

Smileyjohn sang an EPIC rendition of "Alone"...

Alistair sang "Tainted Love"...

Euguela sang "Black or White"...

And Annie and I lip-synched the Glee version of "Don't Stop Believing"...

Complete with backup singers/gesturers...

It was amazing. People thought we were actually singing.

The party was so awesome and I'm so grateful for all my wonderful friends who have made the past 5 years in LA what they have been.

BJ even tattooed "Happy Birthday Kwan" on his arm in pen.

And as if all this fun wasn't enough, Fubar Jay bought shots shots shots for everyone.

Amazing.

I think everyone had fun!

There was wastedface everywhere I turned. On a Tuesday!

There are a million more pics.
