Peter-Phillip's belated birthday!

Peter-Phillip and I do not have the kind of roommate-relationship where we wake up in the morning and hug every day...which is why when I saw this birthday card, I thought it would be PERFECT.




For his belated 20-somethingth birthday celebration, Peter invited all his friends over for eating and drinking.

His best friend Charlie brought him Sprinkles cupcakes.



(Clearly they were not arranged by a Spelling Mexican.)



Charlie also spent several hours making Garlic-Onion and Truffle-infused Mac & Cheese.




It was heavenly.




Peter is generally afraid to bring his friends over. I don't know why. Maybe because he thinks Danny and I are mean and judgmental. (True.) But it was nice to meet all his friends. They are great people!

Spelling is fun!



Garlic-breathed and cupcaked, we headed to CherryPop.




But honestly I only stayed for like thirty minutes before pulling an Irish goodbye and racing home to bogart the rest of the Mac N' Cheese.

I am feeling some major garlic-burn this morning.
