Sunday Funday

I am so happy to live two blocks from Uncle Felly.

It is the most perfect place for end-of-summer Sunday afternoon grilling.

Friendships and laughters were enjoyed.

Todd put asparagus and cherry tomatoes and goldfish on his snausage to make it delicious.

And there was some crotch nuzzling.

And poker!

I taked Felix's munny.

T.O.'s / T.O.T.O.N.N.O.'s

Totonno's is T.O.'s family's restaurant which serves "the best pizza in NY...possibly the world."

Zagat does not lie.

If you go...make sure you order the secret eggplant parmesan appetizer. I don't believe it is on the menu.

It is SMFG.

Also, order Sangria.

And extra sauce.

And meatballs and eggplants on the same pizza.

It was a perfect night.

Great food. And just warm enough without being a sweatfest.

Afterwards we headed back to T.O.'s to play poker and have a relatively low-key evening.

We were joined by a West Coaster.

And beer.

Impromptu Vegas trip...

Mysto Dan suggested that we go to Vegas for fun/my birthday...

Several hours later...

We arrived around 2am and quickly made our first stop to pick up some 40s.

We cruised the strip. It was pretty dead on a Monday night...

But that didn't keep us from having our own fun...

Then, wasted, we played poker.

It was actually a quite profitable night...

Birthday Mattys

Saturday Night we celebrated the birthdays of Matt and Matt with cake...

Shots...

Beer...

And Jack.

(and McChicken)

Also, we played poker.

And Tuck, Meghan's little Halloween Mormon buddy (see: voulez-vous coucher avec waffle, c'est soir?), cleaned up.

Grrrr.....

Poker Setbacks...

So in my quest to lose 17 pounds in 17 days I worked out for an hour and a half and ate only a measly little serving of Island Curry leftover from last night for lunch.

Was quite proud of myself and even went to Ralph's to get myself a nice tuna sushi roll dinner.

1st pound - Done.

Then everyone came over for poker.

We ordered 4 medium pizzas. Of which I ate six slices. Ok fine seven.

I now have 16 days to lose 18 pounds.

At least I won poker!
