Clarence & Andrea's Wedding

After getting home from Dragon-I at the reasonable hour of 4:30am, I took a little nap and then woke up at 9:30am to get to Clarence's 10:30am wedding ceremony at St. Theresa's Church in Kowloon.

I made it just in time to catch the beautiful bride walking down the aisle. (Thank god I was not the official photog this day.)

I was super jealous of the hired photogs though who got to shoot this beautiful couple in beautiful Hong Kong!

Gasp! And it turned out one of the photographers, Sasithon aka Sas, I had met just a few months ago at Zameer's party celebrating our Vogue spread!

The world is soyyyyy small!

The photogs had them climbing crosswalks and running through traffic. Soyyy jealous.

I did manage to get one cute walking shot of them with some HK cabs in the background. Yay...

For transportation from the ceremony to the reception, they had rented a vintage double-decker bus.

It was pretty awesome.

We stopped at the waterfront for the photographer to take some epic photos... SO jealous.

I love love love the buildings in Central. What a great idea to rent this bus.

The reception was held at one of Clarence's restaurants. The fabulous Domani at Pacific Place.

Featuring stunning nighttime views of downtown HK...

Tee was rocking a nasty UDI (unidentified drunken injury) from the night before.

And Tim and Eugene were rocking matching suit-tie combos unintentionally...

Dinner was an epic 6 course meal. It started with an INCREDIBLE scallop with black sesame sauce...

A delicious green soup with a lobster or something under that crouton thingy...

Saffron Risotto with Osso Bucco...

Eggplant pasta... (this was my fave)

Chilean Sea Bass with Black Truffle...

And finally a Wagyu Steak on top of Mashed Potato. YUMMMMM

And then there was a dessert buffet bar.

The restaurant was SO pretty and classy. Unfortunately there was no dancing though.

HK weddings rarely have dancing. Sad.

Love seeing all my high school buddies in HK though!

Cheers!

Congratulations Andrea and Clarence!!!

St. Patty's Day!!!

After a little prepartying at Tim's new HK apartment with a bunch of D.A. peeps and a teenager or two...

We headed to Mint. A club where you have to be an invited member with your fingerprint on file...

And lots of people wait downstairs, only to not get in.

Also there is a shark tank.

Luckily, we were with TimLoh.

And of course you know what that means...

I think we might have been the only people celebrating St. Patty's. Everyone else there was kind of just dressed in whatever and kind of ugly. Although, I really don't remember it that clearly.

I do know that at one point some dummy ordered double-tequila shots.

And then it was all over.

It took me three days to put up these pictures because that is how long it took me to recover.
