Xmas Peppers

Xmas day, Eric invited some of his favorite Asians over for dinner.



Since Eric is no fun vegetarian, he made a vegetarian-y dinner.

Stuffed peppers. (I hate peppers.)



BUUUUUUT these special peppers were stuffed with TURKEYYYYYY!



It was like a secret meatball stuffed into a pepper. Yum!





And he also made ice cream cookie sandwiches.
