OMG OMG OMG OMG
So Emily wanted to do lunch at Hugo's which is right down the street from me but I've never been (which is stupid because hello it is delicious...)
Walked into the restaurant and who is just sitting there on the leather bench just waiting for a table with everyone else like it's Chili's or something?
ANDY COOPER.
He was with the most beautiful man I have ever seen. In fact, I didn't even notice Anderson at first because his friend was so dreamy.
And he was just dressed like any other lunching WeHo gay - tight olive green t-shirt and jeans.
They even called out his name ("Anderson, for 2?") to seat them.
So annoying though?
Emily and Erin had NO IDEA who he was.
I was like, "You guys..... It's ANDERSON COOPER!!!!!"
Emily was like, "Who?"
And I was like, "ummmm...only the sexiest face of the news ever..."
"I don't watch local news..."
"Not LOCAL news... CNN!!!"
And she looked over at him and was like, "The hot guy in the white shirt, or ... the OLD GUY?"
And I was like, "oh my god he is not OLD. He is the SILVER FOX."
And she was like, "I don't really watch CNN...I listen to NPR..."
GahhhhhHHH!HHH!H!H!H!HH!
So frustrating.
My Breakfast Pasta Papa with Egg, Parsley, Parmesan, Bacon, and Sausage, was REALLY good.
We also saw William Mapother who plays Ethan on "Lost"...
As well as James Cromwell who played Jack Bauer's dad a few seasons ago on 24, which, by the way, is the BEST SHOW EVER this season.

But but but... I saw Anderson Cooper!!!!!!! In West Hollywood!!!!!!! With a ridiculously hot guy who was possibly-probably-how-could-he-not-be-his-boyfriend?
I wish could have snapped a pic for y'all.
But actually, I'm kind of glad I didn't, because as much as I love the Andy Cooper gay storyline and want him to just come out already, I have respect for him and his decision to not talk about his private life and I wouldn't want to be the one responsible for publicly outing him against his will.

ReplyDeleteYeah, Anderson definitely has an aversion to females. So this guy definitely was not Cesar it sounds. Doesn't sound like his ex Steve Elzy either.
ReplyDeleteEither Anderson was stepping out on Cesar or their relationship ended a long time ago and now they're just friends. Thanks for the description of the guy. The temperature in that restaurant must've been sizzling with those two hot guys in there.

Let's not forget that the guy he was out to lunch with could just be a SoCal friend he rarely gets to see...which is probably more likely because...it's just lunch. I would think he'd have several people to see when he's in the area and it's more than likely that JCR has work of his own and can't necessarily drop everything to go out to Cali the same week that AC goes.
So I wouldn't say he's necessarily "stepping out" on him just because he's out to lunch with another guy. :)

ReplyDeleteI would have walked up to him and say "hi anderson cooper, hope I'm not bothering you but i really needed to tell you how much I like your show. thanks for doing such a great job". I dont think he would have minded. he's a really great guy, very down to earth. (although I would have gotten very upset if someone interupted my lunch with such a hot guy as you described).
Still, SPOTTING Andy and NOT going up to Him is a serious CRIME young lady !!! do you know how many of those "anderfans" crave to just have ONE chance to see him and you had that chance. ok imma stop making you feel guilty. I am sure you did the right thing, it was better to leave him alone (dammit who cares if his fracking lunch got interrupted, at least I woulda have the chance of TALKING TO FREAKING AC).
anyway, I am NOT and anderfan (I got better things to do with my time) and I think anderson cooper is just like anyone else. he picks his nose and he bites his nails (I am not being mean he said that himself). I once got a personal message from anderson cooper himself. ah yes. life is unfair, I know. not telling you the details, its not that important anyway. but yeah he's pretty normal. not that you didnt know that. haha. but I guess I'll prob have a different opinion once I meet him in the flesh. which is gonna be soon. not that I am some stalker of anderfan. I just would like to genuinely meet him bc I respect him as a person and I respect his work tremendously. I am interested in the same things as him and could learn tons about his experiences and about life. as far as gooing all over his "hotness", (if such a term exists) i know i know, just fun for some but to me it is kind of disrespectful since I respect mister anderson cooper that much as a person and you gonna laugh at me hard, for his freaking mind. anyway, I talk too much. and Im relieved you spotted andy. all day long Ive been wondering if he was okay and asked a sign from heaven hes okay. and apparently i got my answer tonight. he is okay. God does answer prayers. and just in case youre wondering why I was worrying about mister AC360, I did worry because (ah well its a secret lets just say I know some things about him that would make it logical if he wasnt ok...kind of going through things etc like the rest of the world)

ReplyDeletesorry but I dont see every website mentioning AC invaded by Rob Marciano. Its usually invaded by that Cesar guy or that Kathy Griffin. In fact, until today its the first time I have heard of "Rob Marciano" being linked to Anderson Cooper. So thanks to whoever asked the owner of this blog to check on Rob Marciano. he is seriously hot...and even if he has nothign to do with the AC man, I am still very happy I laid my eyes upon such hot eye candy before going to bed. haha. take that!
...and by the way...I dont know about you but I felt really upset that the owner of this blog didnt have a photo for us. I know I should be nice and say "oh its okayyyyy!". but its NOT. its YOUR duty as an anderfan or however they're called...to take pics with/of AC whenever you spot him.
