YAYYYYYYYYYYYYY

I found a sympathetic airline agent (on the 4th try). Got upgraded to exit row for free. SO happy.

(United can still suck it though.)

    that's so awesome. so happy for you. one day though, you are going to have to be rich enough to just buy first class tickets wherever you go.
