A couple months back, Kristy brought us out to an amazingly
epic dinner at Craft.
Last weekend while I was in LA, it happened again.

We started with Bloody Marys.

Then there was an amoooooz booooosh of avocado puree with onions and tomatoes and popcorn for crunch...

...served with a side of Tequila shot (of course)...

Then we had salads with poofy trufflebread and trufflebutter.

A delicious egg with flowers and a yummy sauce.

We had farm chicken. Perfectly cooked and not a tiny bit dry.

We had the 64-ounce sirloin dry rub which was ENORMOUS.

There was another meat I think it was Filet Mignon (?)

There was duck.

There was pasta.

There were delicious delicious mushrooms.

And there was SHARING!

Also there were lots of leftovers and the restaurant does this sweet thing where you basically valet your leftover and they give you a claim ticket to get it later.

Then there were desserts.

So the meal wasn't as incredible as our
first time, since that time set the bar pretttty high.
But it was still wonderful.

The following day, RoommateDanny brought me and Kristy to BLD on Beverly which is a fantastic lunch/brunch spot.
Kristy had the homemade hash.

Danny and I split a Cuban Pork Sandwich.

And a Pot Roast Sandwich.

Oh and we saw a
MAO clone.

(Although MAO would NEVER abuse her beautiful award-winning
hair by wearing a BASEBALL CAP! Yuck!!!!!)

Marky drove me to the airport and then it was back home to NYC!!!

I'll try to get all my NYC posts up this week before Campus Dance/Meghan's Wedding (!!!).
